You can delete your MindSmith account directly from within the mobile app.

 

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the MindSmith app.

2. Go to Profile.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

4. Tap on Delete Account and confirm when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing terms).

Data Deleted
When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:

1. Personal information (name, email address, phone number, etc.)

2. Appointment history

3. Assessment scores and results

4. Any linked user preferences or app usage data

 

Data Retained

1. Certain minimal data may be retained only if legally necessary, such as:

2. Transaction or billing records (if required for tax or audit purposes)

3. Aggregated or anonymised analytics data that cannot identify you

4. No retained data can be used to personally identify or contact you after account deletion.
